Room & Dining Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

We would like to inform our guests with mobility issues that due to the architectural layout of the building, there are the following accessibility restrictions:

Rooms

• There are no accessible rooms at The Cottonwood Boutique – all are reached via stairs.
• Rooms do not have adapted bathrooms; therefore there are no walk-in baths or showers.
• There are steps to every room, including on the ground floor where there are two steps up to each room.

Dining

• Please be aware that there is no wheelchair access to the main building and the entrances to the hotel are only accessible by stairs.
• There is limited access to the Garden Restaurant from the gardens, which would not be suitable for wheelchair uses, buggies, prams or those with walking difficulties. There is a back entrance to the Restaurant from the car park accessible for wheelchair users – please contact Hotel prior to arrival to be shown to the entrance.
• The ladies toilets are on the Lower Ground Floor and are reached by stairs.
