COVID-19 – Our Way Forward
Thank you for booking with us. These unprecedented times have had a huge effect on our business and we highly appreciate your support. Our aim is to make sure you have a relaxing and safe stay with us.
Our operational procedures had to change to ensure your safety whilst providing an enjoyable environment.
Check in: Full payment is required 24 hours before check in. Please make sure that your phone number and email address is correct at the time of booking. Our check in time is now limited to 2pm – 6pm. You are legally required to fill out the registration form and leave it in reception in the box provided safely and securely but our member of staff will guide you through it. All our key cards are sanitised.
Please do not travel to the hotel if you have any Covid-19 symptoms. We might take your temperature at check in and if you have high temperature you will be asked to wait in a designated room while we seek advice by calling 111.
Check out: We are unable to process any cash payments but we accept contactless credit or debit card payments. We are unable to store any luggage or offer portering services.
Guest bedrooms: The bedrooms are deep cleaned between stays, non-essential items have been removed eg. Magazines, room information card etc. Rooms are not serviced on a daily basis unless your stay is for over 5 nights and the room will be serviced on the fifth day. If you like to request fresh towels or tea and coffee please contact reception.
Bar and Restaurant: Unfortunately we are not able to open our restaurant. Our food offering is limited to continental breakfast only. You are welcome to enjoy our bar and garden areas to relax adhering to social distancing.
Hand sanitisers are available throughout the hotel. We have introduced enhanced cleaning with particular regard to the common areas.
